A: We arrange shipment within 24 hours after payment. Different countries have different transit times, usually 3–7 working days. All flowers are pre-cooled, packaged with ice packs and dedicated fresh flower cartons. If obvious damage or wilting occurs upon arrival, please provide photos within 24 hours, and we will solve the problem for you.
Q: How long will fresh cut flowers be delivered? Are they guaranteed to arrive fresh?
Q: What should I do after receiving fresh cut flowers to prolong their vase life?
A: Trim 2–3 cm off the bottom of stems at an oblique angle under running water, remove leaves that will sit below the water line, fill the vase with clean room-temperature water, and place the bouquet away from direct sunlight, fruits, air conditioners and heating vents. Change water and re-cut stems every 2–3 days for longer freshness.
Q: Can I customize flower varieties, quantities and packaging? Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Custom orders including mixed bouquets, bulk wholesale quantities and gift packaging are available, you can contact us via email or site message for details. Orders can be modified or cancelled before shipment; once dispatched, changes or free cancellation are not supported.
